Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery Method

The seller determines the method of delivering the goods, unless specified otherwise in the purchase agreement. In the event that the mode of transportation is agreed upon at the buyer's special request, the buyer shall bear the risk and any additional costs associated with this method of transport. If the seller is required to send the goods pursuant to the purchase agreement, the seller shall hand over the goods to the first carrier for transport to the buyer pursuant to Section 2090 of the Civil Code.

Delivery and Acceptance of Goods

If, pursuant to the purchase agreement, the seller is obliged to deliver the goods to a location specified by the buyer in the order, the buyer shall be obliged to accept the goods upon delivery.

Repeated or Alternative Delivery

If, for reasons attributable to the buyer, the goods must be delivered repeatedly or by a method other than that specified in the order, the buyer shall be obliged to pay the costs associated with repeated delivery or the alternative delivery method.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receiving the goods from the carrier, the buyer shall check that the packaging is intact and immediately inform the carrier of any defects. If the packaging shows signs of unauthorized interference with the shipment, the buyer may refuse to accept it. By signing the delivery note or confirming receipt of the goods, the buyer acknowledges that the packaging was intact.

Risk of Damage

The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon taking possession of the goods. The same applies if the buyer fails to accept the goods despite having been given the opportunity to take possession of them, thereby breaching the purchase agreement.
